1. Digital Products and Courses

Due to the nature of digital educational content, all sales of online courses, error code databases, and digital tools are final. Once you have gained access to the premium content on the EhsanTech App or Website, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems preventing you from accessing the course content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your report.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice using the same account.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under our exceptional circumstances policy, you must contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Please email us at support@ehsantech.in with:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Order ID or payment receipt
  • A detailed explanation of the issue or reason for the request

Our support team will review your request and typically respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
